1) Petition. You are one of the 3534 signatories of the petition for “Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh
“(https:\/\/www.univ-orleans.fr\/en\/prixibni<\/a>) There will be eleven years on February 3 since Ibni Oumar
Mahamat Saleh was abducted from his home in N’Djamena by armed forces. He died almost certainly soon
after. We cannot forget this, we want to know the circumstances of his death, we want justice to be
done.
2) Ibni Prize. The Ibni Prize (https:\/\/www.univ-orleans.fr\/en\/prixibni<\/a>) became a thesis\u2019 prize and
is awarded to two persons every two years (https:\/\/www.univ-orleans.fr\/en\/prixibni\/description).
The next Ibni Prize will be awarded in 2020, under the same conditions tha in 2018.\u00a0 Preliminary
application form to be sent before 30 march 2020 to\u00a0 Marie-Francoise Roy (email :
