1) Petition: Vous faites partie des 3535 signataires de la petition sur « Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh »
(https://www.univ-orleans.fr/prixibni) Il y a 11 ans, le 3 fevrier, Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh a ete
enleve a son domicile a N’Djamena par des forces armees. Il est presque certainement mort dans les
jours suivants. Nous ne pouvons oublier, nous voulons connaitre les circonstances de sa mort, et que
justice soit faite.
2) Prix Ibni: Le Prix Ibni http://www.univ-orleans.fr/prixIbni a ete redefini et est devenu un prix
de these, decerne a deux laureat.e.s tous les deux ans

(Niger) et El Hadji Abdoulaye Thiam (Senegal). Voir

Prix Ibni sera de nouveau décerné en 2020.
3) Souscription: La souscription pour le Prix Ibni est désormais recueillie par l’Association pour

« Prix Ibni » si vous leur faites un don pour la souscription. Vous pouvez egalement adhérer à l’APSA
tout en souscrivant au Prix Ibni. Dans ce cas, merci d’ indiquer le montant consacre au Prix Ibni et
le montant consacre à votre adhésion. Si vous etes contribuable en France vous recevrez un reçu
fiscal.

Nous n’’oublions pas Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh et nous continuons a demander la verite a son sujet au
president tchadien Idriss Deby et au president francais Emmanuel Macron. Nous partagerons en cet
anniversaire la douleur de la famille d’Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh et leur exigence de verite.

1) Petition. You are one of the 3535 signatories of the petition for « Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh
« (https://www.univ-orleans.fr/en/prixibni) There will be eleven years on February 3 since Ibni Oumar
Mahamat Saleh was abducted from his home in N’Djamena by armed forces. He died almost certainly soon
after. We cannot forget this, we want to know the circumstances of his death, we want justice to be
done.
2) Ibni Prize. The Ibni Prize (https://www.univ-orleans.fr/en/prixibni) has been redesigned. It
becomes a thesis’ prize and is awarded to two persons every two years
(https://www.univ-orleans.fr/en/prixibni/description). The awardees of the 2018 Ibni Prizes are
Ibrahima Hamidine (Niger) and El Hadji Abdoulaye Thiam (Senegal). See:

The next Ibni Prize will be awarded in 2020.
3) Subscription. The subscription for the Ibni Prize is now collected by APSA (Association pour la

Prize subscription, make sure to specify « for the Ibni Prize ». You may also want to become a

We do not forget Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh and we keep asking the truth about what happened to him to
Chadian President Idriss Deby and French President Emmanuel Macron. On this anniversary, we share
the grief of Ibni’s family and ask for justice.
