We derive the multiple-integral representation of correlation functions of the integrable higher-spin XXZ chains and discuss some related topics. We first costruct the R-matrix intertwining two different representations of the affine quantum group (T.D. and K. Motegi, in prep.). We then show a formula by which we can reduce any given spin-s XXZ operator into a sum of products of the spin-1/2 XXZ operators by the fusion method. With the formula we can calculate every higher-spin form factor of the integrable spin-s XXZ chain, systematically (T.D., arXiv:1105.4722). We also show numerical suppport for the one-point function in the spin-1 case, confirming the analytic expression derived from the double-integral representation of the one-point function (T.D. and J. Sato, SIGMA Vol. 7 (2011), 056.
