Gauge fixing and classical dynamical r-matrices in 2+1 gravity

Résumé :
We construct the gauge-invariant phase space of 2+1-dimensional gravity via Dirac's gauge fixing procedure. We describe the resulting Dirac bracket and detail how it is related to classical dynamical r-matrices.
