Rational spin chains at higher rank: separation of variables and completeness

Résumé :
Rational spin chains with GL(N) symmetry of higher rank and their supersymmetric generalisation became of increased importance recently due to their relation to the AdS/CFT integrable system. We will discuss recent advances in their systematic study, with focus on separation of variables for GL(N) chains in arbitrary finite-dimensional representations and on a proof of completeness of Bethe equations for supersymmetric spin chains.
