Résumé :
The corner stones of modern particle physics are Lorentz, CPT and gauge invariance. Thus any CPT and Lorentz violation may give a hint of fundamentally new physics at different scales. There are possible different origins of CPT and Lorentz violation. We shall describe the mechanism which is based on the chiral gauge theories defined over a topologically nontrivial spacetime manifold. We shall discuss the anomalous origin of Lorentz and CPT violation in two and four dimensions. We shall mainly focus on the Lorentz and CPT violation in four dimension, where the result is established perturbatively with a generalized Pauli-Villars regularization and nonperturbatively with a lattice regularization based on Ginsparg-Wilson fermions.
