Résumé :
We consider boundary conditions which asymptote to near horizon of BTZ black holes. The near horizon algebra is the algebra of creation/annihilation operators of a two dimensional free boson theory whose states are soft hairs of the black hole. By defining the microstates of a given BTZ black hole as soft hairs which are not distinguishable by the asymptotic two dimensional conformal algebra, We count the microstates which matches with the macroscopic entropy.
