Résumé :
Resurgence theory is a vast generalisation of the Borel-Laplace resummation method. It was recently understood that, when applied to perturbation series coming from physics, it allows to compute non-perturbative contributions to physical theories. I will first quickly introduce the basic concepts of resurgence theory and in particular alien calculus and median resummation. Then I will present a proposal of a mass generation mechanism stemming from the resummation of instantons. As a proof of concept, an application of this mechanism on a Wess-Zumino model will be shown.
