Group theoretical approach to quantum fields in de Sitter space

Résumé :
Using unitary irreducible representations of the de Sitter group, we construct the quantum field as an operator in the Fock space subject to covariant transformations under the dS isometry group. For massive field case, this leaves an arbitrariness in the definition of field operator and for massless case, thus defined field operators do not satisfy canonical commutation relations. We propose a dS invariant definition of vertex operators for massless scalar field.
